    Closing   Ceremony of Capacity Development for Power Transmission and Distribution System Training Course And Awarding Certificates was held at Yadanar Hall , Office No 27, MOEE, on 27^th  September  , 2018 in the morning (8: 30 hr ). 

In the Ceremony , Union Minister U Win Khaing, Deputy Minister Dr. Tun Naing ,Permanent Secretary U Tin Maung Oo, DirectorGenerals, Managing Directors and Chief Executive Officers, Responsible Persons from Japan International Co-corporation Agency (JICA), Instructors and Trainees were Presented.

Firstly, Union Minister delivered that the aims for opening this training arrangement by JICA are as follows:

• Upgrading the technical skill of Engineers and Technicians
• to improve human resources in electric power distribution and to distribute power effectively.
• to conduct sustainable improvement and to bear skillful human resources in the sector of transmission and distribution system
• the aim of this training is sharing knowledge and to be instructed other engineers and civil servants by 26 trainees who attended from the beginning of 2016 for 2 years at Nay Pyi Taw Training Center.
• Planning Design , Construction Distribution Substation etc. were learnt not only theory but also practical in this training and so to apply experiences from training effectively in National Grid system and sharing knowledge to new generation Engineers.

      As MOEE has been striving additional 3000 MW within coming 3 years and will deliver to the consumers by providing excellent service and safety, the trainees have to use the lectures and share to the public and partners. Then, H.E. expressed words of thanks to Japan Government and JICA team that provided this training and said to make more cooperation.

      And the Deputy Minister awarded training certificates to the trainees and took documentary photo.
