          H.E. U Win Khaing, Union Minister for Ministry of Electricity and Energy  who is attending the Belt and Road Energy Administerial Conference  initially holding  on 18^th  October 2018 at Suzhou city, the Republic of China met with  Mr. Li Fanrong, Deputy Administrator  of  National  Energy  Administration (NEA), the Republic of China on 19 ^th  October  2018. They discussed about the condition cooperating  between  the two country  of Electric and Energy  sector,  Project  and cooperate  projects.

Union Minister and members observed the  exhibition  of future Energy Pavilion, Suzhou Industrial Park around the  Suzhou city and Thin-film PV Research Deparatment of Hanergy PV Industrial Group in Wujin.

There was exhibited that ;

• Improving the Hydropower, Wind power, Biofuel power and Underground power, Generation Electricity comsuming Coal, Gas and liquefied petroleum, using  the solar system in electricity  of  house and car in Future Energy Pavilion Exhibition.
• Building an  industrial zone making plan step by step cooperating with Singapore  commencing from 1990  at Suzhou Industrial Park Exhibition.
• Manufacturing  the PV roof  flat, PV solar  layers and backpack by using the latest technology  in the world  at PV  Industrial  Group of  Thin-film  PV Research Department.

Union Minister and members arrived back to Yangon  from  Suzhou city,  the Republic of China on 21 ^st  October in the evening.
