         Signing Ceremony for Agreement between Myanmar Engineering Council and China Science and Technology Organization was held at the Royal ACE Hotel in Nay Pyi Taw, on 5^th November 2018 (11:00) am.

To the ceremony, Union Minister H.E. U Win Khaing for MOEE, Union Minister H.E. U Han Zaw for Ministry of Construction, Deputy Ministers , Permanent Secretaries , Science and Technology First Secretary Mr. Su Zhe, Myanmar Engineering Council Chairman Dr. Charlie Than,  Director of the Center for Professional Training & Services Ms. Xin Bing and invited guests attended.

          At the Ceremony, Myanmar Engineering Council Chairman Dr. Charlie Than and Director of the Center for Professional Training & Services Ms. Xin Bing from China Science and Technology Organization gave greeting words.

          Then Myanmar Engineering Council Chairman Dr. Charlie Than and Director of the Center for Professional Training & Services Ms. Xin Bing from China Science and Technology Organization signed and conversely exchanged agreement serving Union Minister H.E. U Win Khaing and Union Minister H.E. U Han Zaw as witness and Union Minister H.E. U Win Khaing said congratulations.

          At signing agreement, to establish a conversely analyzing system of Engineering Technological certificates between Myanmar Engineering Council and China Science and Technology Organization, to continue Conversely recognition of mutual Engineering certificates, in accordance with regulations of respective country, to help the applying Washington Accord Signatory of Myanmar Engineering Council from China Science and Technology Organization,  to issue Engineering Technology certificates and to provide the necessary training for professional training, to help and support China Science and Technology Organization to participate in ASEAN Mutual Recognition Agreement on Engineering Services were mutually agreed.
