                   Opening ceremony of Engineers Refresher Course (1/2019) for  Engineers from MOEE was held on  1^st July in 2019, (09:00) am at Yadana hall , Office (27).

                   It was attended by Deputy Minister for MOEE, Dr. Tun Naing , Permanent Secretary U Tin Maung Oo ,Departmental heads, Trainers and  trainees.

                   Firstly, Deputy Minister gave an opening Speech such as to improve the qualifications of employees, MOEE is sending scholars abroad to participate in International  technical seminars, Workshops and scientific symposium as well as domestic workshops and Symposiums. Furthermore, giving refresher courses and Induction courses opened by other departments. The aim of refresher training is to build a modern state by implementing the electricity sector with qualified engineers, power plant, transport Power lines, Substation. Generation subjects, such as electricity transmission and distribution subjects and basic urban activities are planned to teach, In addition, senior professionals from companies cooperating with MOEE will discuss. A Site Visit to hydro power plant and substation, practical and operational plans will be included. The facilitators along their experience will be added their teaching experience, the participants were urged to try to know the underlying interest. In addition, the engineering staff should learn Engineering subjects as well as Management, Finance, and material planning. Today, electricity sector, Industrial development and educational sector, etc. are  high. rapidly growth. Therefore, it needs to learn and study ways of thinking, Innovation and practical effort to get fruits of success. The participants need to try  in accordance with the Rules.

                   And then, Deputy minister took  documentary photo together with Permanent Secretary , Departmental  heads, Lecturer  and Trainees.

          The engineers Refresher Course (1/2019), will take (4) weeks  with Trainees totally  29 under Minister’s office / Department / Enterprise / corporations.
