Notice to advance license life and to apply new license (D) & (E) for selling of the

cylinders filled with liquefied  petroleum gas.

        Life of the license (D) & (E) for selling of the cylinders filled with liquefied  petroleum gas permitted by MPE will be expired on 31st December, 2017. Therefore, It needs to advance license life for coming year before the expired day.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              

        For advancing license life and applying new license the entrepreneur can submit application form at sub-committee offices of Myanma Petroleum Trade Association (MPTA) located in States and Regions before the deadline of 10th December,2017 including the following data;

  1. the application form for advanced license and new License,
  2. working license permitted by respective municipal association,
  3. recommendation of respective Fire Station,
  4. recommendation for tax exemption of respective Internal Revenue Department.

        Site inspection groups from MEP will inspect the respective shops from 19th to 20th December 2017 and conduct  the advance license and new license.

        If the entrepreneur is absent for advancing license, you must pay (1) percent of license fee as demurrage charges starting 1.1.2018. Then the licenses will be destroyed more than 3 months after expired.
