H.E. Union Minister U Win Khaing for MOEE accompanied by Deputy Minister Dr. Tun Naing and responsible persons inspected the Research Center of Myanma Oil and Gas Enterprise, Mingalardon Township, and Mechanical Workshop (Hlawkar) under  Department of Hydropower Implementation .

          Firstly, when Union Minister and his entourage arrived to the Research Center of MOGE, the responsible persons presented and explained about the works of respective Research Center Department and Laboratory, the storage status of materials use in production of oil and gas and for research works in meeting room. And then, Managing Director for MOGE added on their explanations. After that Union Minister pointed out that MOEE needs to construct Data-Base and Data Share System with collection of the individual observation for oil exploration, according to the target as the production of 10,000  oil barrel per day within next three years. Therefore individual staffs have to perform dutifully and loyally as per Rank for production of oil. The Union Minister instructed to systematically find for oil exploration, to train the new generation for the process of Research Center. And then Union Minister and his entourage inspected the laboratory of Research Center and warehouse for core sample. At these places, the responsible persons explained about their progress of work and Union Minister made inquiry he wants to know and instructed the needs of work.  

          Eventually, Union Minister and his companion also arrived to Mechanical Workshop (Hlawkar) under DHPI in Mingalardon Township. At the meeting room, U Thein Win, Director of Mechanical Branch explained about the necessary arrangements and major repair for heavy machineries, training to staffs for safety and skill, completed construction works of hydropower project with the usage of heavy machineries and the progress of performance about land use for Hlawkar Workshop. And then Deputy Minister Dr. Tun Naing and Director General U San Wai for DHPI also explained on his explanation. And then Union Minister instructed the necessary works and inspected the heavy equipments and construction materials for Tha-thay Hydropower Project in Hlawka Workshop.
