- Deputy Minister H.E. Dr Tun Naing accompanied by responsible persons from MESC and DPTSC arrived to 132/66/11 kV Substation in Myingyan District, Mandalay Region on 26-5-2018. The status of transmission and distribution electricity were explained by responsible persons.
- Deputy Ministry instructed the needs such that to perform carefully, to try for reducing of electricity losses, to conduct for stability of voltage system, so that people can use adequate electricity.
- These Myingyan Substation distribute electricity to Taungtha, Mahlaing, Nahtogyi, Nganzun, Myothar, Myingyan, Nyaung Oo, Bagan and Myaung Townships and surrounding area as well as river water pumping projects industrical zones and factories.
- Continuously, Deputy Minister and his companions inspected Lawkanadar river water pumping system, Kyauk Kuu river water pumping system, Thukaungte river water pumping system in Nyaung Oo Township, Nyaung Oo District, Kyauktolone river water pumping system in Nyaung Oo Township, Myingyan District under irrigation and Water Management Department, Ministry of Agriculture, Feedstock and Irrigation.
- Deputy Ministet discussed on corporation with the related Ministries to upgrade 66/11 kV Transformers which are decline of voltage in river water pumping system.
- And then, Deputy Minister and his companions inspected 66/11 kV Thittaunt Substation, Myoma substation, Wegyinn substation and Bagan substation in Nyaung Oo District and instructed to perform carefully so that not to decline of voltage and to be at least electricity shutdown.
- And then, Deputy Minister and his companions inspected the 132/66/11kV Main Station in Chauk, Magway Region. The status of electricity distribution and on going process of work data are explained by responsible persons fron substation.
- Deputy Minister instructed on the needs of work and to take care about installation of 132/66/11kV (18) MVA Transformers.
- After installation of this 132/66/11 kV (18) MVA Transformer, the villages in Chauk Township, Magway Region can be distributed more electricity.
