          Opening Ceremony  of induction   Course  for  Staff Officiers (Account, Planning and Assistant  Engineers  from  MOEE was held on  1^st  October, 2018 (9:00) am at Yadana Hall, Office  No.27, MOEE.

          At that ceremony, Deputy Minister H.E. Dr. Tun Naing and Departmental Heads, Instructors   and Trainees were attended.

Firstly, Deputy Minister H.E. gave a speech that-

• MOEE’s staffs  were sending  abroad on scholarship, workshop, Seminar and making higher  refresher  courses as well as allowing to attend the other  deparatmental  training so that to improve quality.
• The ambition of this training is to know MOEE’s Policy & Ambition, technology and rules for Civil Services.
• Those are important things to know before working.
• In this training, the performance of Electric and Energy sector according to the departmental modernized technology will be provided in a short term to understand clearly so the trainees need to carefully learn.
• It is planned to teach about MOEE’s history  and structure, administration of rule and  discipline, financial knowledges, duty and knowledge interesting and  performing condition, strategy of electric sector, knowledge on Generation, Transmission and Distribution,  Hydropower house, the maintenance of Dams as well as Power system.
• The trainees have to try and study the best. This training result will be a mildstone along the staff-life.
• Today, in Electric, Industrial and medical sector, technical is rapidly increase so that people need to study, think and create.
• Thus, staffs can achieve fruitful results.
• Staffs need to live carefully in accordence with the discipline and to take care for health.
• To learn in enthusiastic.
• To discuss about imprecise and assumptions.
• To help each other.
• To try to be good staff officer and to try to be able work carriers for the nation and ministry.

          And then, Deputy Minister took the time for commemorate group photo section together with departmental heads, instructors and trainees.

          Staff Officiers (Account, Planning) and Assistant Engineers induction course will be conducted for 2 weeks with 60 trainees totally.
