U Win Khaing, Union Minister for Ministry of Electricity and Energy, U Han Zaw, Union Minister for Ministry  of Construction, U Phyo Min Thein, Chief Minister of Yangon Region, Chairman of U Saw Moe Myint, the Amyotha Hluttaw Construction, Industry, Electricity and  Energy Development Committee, U Kyaw Myo, Deputy Minister for Ministry of Transport and Communication, Daw Nilar Kyaw, Minister for Ministry of Electricity, Industry, Road and Communication of Yangon Regional Government , Myanmar Engineering Society and Myanmar Engineer Council Patrons, Dr. Charli Than, Chairman of Myanmar Computer Federation Council, U Nyein Aung, Chairman of AGTI Society and invited Chairmen from associations, Responsible persons of Government agencies and corporation, Myanmar Engineering Society Central Committee, Dr. Hiru Dewanto, Chairman of ASEAN Engineering Fedaration, Ir.David Lai, Chairman of Malaysia Engineering Society, Asean Engineering Register(AER)Head Commissioner Prof.Dr.Ir Norlinda Binti Buniyamin and invited guests, the winners of Myanmar Engineering Society and ASEAN Federation of Engineering Honorary Certificate and Medals Awards and donors attended the ceremony and  dinner held in Yangon, Novotel Hotel on 20^th January, 2019 at 6 PM.

          In this ceremony, winners were awarded by Chairman of Myanmar Engineering Society and Chairman of ASEAN Federation of Engineering. Greeting speech was made by U Win Khaing, Union Minister for Ministry of Electricity and Energy, U Han Zaw, Union Minister for Ministry of Construction, U Phyo Min Thein, Chief Minister of Yangon Region,  U Aung Myint, Chairman of Myanmar Engineering Society. To make Engineer Technical Fields Development Corporation, memorandum of  understanding was signed between Myanmar Engineering Society and Malaysia Engineering Society. After having Certificate from MES Academy, to faster access registration Engineer Certificate suitable for those with experience advanced lectures and Graduate and Diploma exam. would be held. For Immediate Professional Development Programs of lecture and Engineer and Technical Professional Development, High Quality Training would be conducted under that MOU.
