             H.E. U Win Khaing, Union Minister for Ministry of Electricity and Energy, led a delegation to Singapore to attend the 12^th Singapore International Energy Week (SIEW) from 29 October to 1 November. Therefore, Union Minister U Win Khaing seen off by officials at the airport before departs for Singapore on 28 October in the morning.

             SIEW will include Singapore Energy Summit, Singapore International Energy Agency Forum, SIEW Energy Insights, Asia Clean Energy Summit, Asia Downstream, Gas Asia Summit Conference and Exhibition. Regional Energy Ministers, experts, lecturers, and international energy organizations will be present throughout the energy week to discuss global energy matters.

             Union Minister will discuss as a Speaker in Panel Discussion: Electrification – Powering Growth by Singapore Energy Summit and attend related meetings.
