H.E. Union Minister U Win Khaing inspects 230 kV Hlaingtharya - Kyaiklat

          H.E. Union Minister U Win Khaing for Ministry of Electricity and Energy, accompanied by Deputy Minister Dr. Tun Naing, Permanent Secretary U Tin Maung Oo and responsible persons inspected Tower No.(72) of construction site of 230 kV Hlaingtharya - Kyaiklat Transmission Line (52.26) miles in Twantay Township today in the morning. And then Union Minister and his delegation also inspected machinery and spare parts at construction area and encouraged the performers making inquiry he wants to know.

          And then, Director General of Department of Electric Power Transmission and System Control explained the progress of 230 kV Hlaingtharya - Kyaiklat Transmission Line and 230/66/11 kV, 100 MVA Kyaiklat Substation and the compensation cost for damaged land crop. And then, Deputy Minister Dr. Tun Naing discussed on his explanation. Union Minister instructed how safety is very important for staff and how responsible persons have to manage carefully for safety. Furthermore to perform the electricity supply for villages across Transmission Line and implement the construction works in accordance with work program. And then Union Minister greeted warmly to staff at construction site.

          After completion of 230 kV Hlaingtharya - Kyaiklat Transmission Line and 230/66/11 kV, 100 MVA Kyaiklat Substation, the towns and villages located in Pyapon, Bogale and Maubin District as well as around villages of Dedaye and Kyaiklat Town will be electrified.

          After that, Union Minister and his delegation inspected the Data Center of Myanma Oil and Gas Enterprise’s Sub Office in Yankin Township. In this area, responsible person explained about the current situation and future plan for Data Center of Myanma Oil and Gas Enterprise.

          At the meeting room, Managing Director of Myanma Oil and Gas Enterprise submitted the progress and organization of Sub Office. On  his explanation, Union Minister instructed to systematically save as datum are important, to clear from  fire case and to specially take care for security of Data Center.
