H.E. Union Minister U Win Khaing for MOEE accompanied by Deputy Minister   Dr. Tun Naing and departmental responsible persons arrived at the Main Fuel Terminals (A class), Danidaw, Myanma Petroleum Products Enterprise(MPPE), Botataung Township, Yangon Region on 7^th April 2018 in the morning.

          In the meeting, Managing Director U Thant Sin for MPPE explained about the status of monthly expenditure and income within 2017-2018 financial years, Security, fire prevention and work safety, construction of fuel storage tanks,fuel storage and distribution, inspection of fuel quality and issue on License of fuel stations, organization of petroleum and Petroleum Products management sub- committee in State and Division.

          The Needs to serve the qualification of petroleum and petroleum products, safety of people, materials and machinery were instructed by H.E. Union Minister.

          And then H.E. Union Minister inspected the performance status of vessels, trailers, tankers and fire safety management plan at Main Fuel Terminals.

          And then, H.E. Union Minister and his companions met MPTA and entrepreneurs serving Petroleum and Petroleum Product works in the ground floor meeting room, YESC(Head Office).

          Serving to fill electricity requirement for public within short time, in accordance with the Ministry’s Policy to fulfill the electricity requirement within 3 years. 3,000 MW LNG used electricity project was signed 4 companies on 30^th January 2018, serving the hydropower project step by step as much as high investment, ambition to serve the 500 kV electricity lines network everywhere to improve transmission system, the needs of local lubricants in accordance with International Standard were discussed by Union Minister. In addition, the needs to cooperate for fully standard and fair price fuel distribution with safety, the needs to manage the fuel stations selling everywhere, in serving of fuel transportation function to participate more investment from private sector. In future, it is important to serve the sales and distributions of fuels in accordance with the International Standard, needs to have investment for right benefit, and important to cooperate between Public and  Government. And then, Managing Director, MPPE explained about the status of on going process and data of legal knowledge and the situation of future projects.

          And then MPTA and the entrepreneurs serving Petroleum and Petroleum Products discussed the status of requirement of environmental evidence on extension of fuel station license, fuel price of our country and ASEAN countries, the status of current price about price control and the status of fuel quality.

          Eventually, H.E. Union Minister coordinated the needs of works.
