For enhancing of cooperation between two countries in Electricity and Energy sector, Myanmar delegation led by Union Minister U Win Khaing for  Ministry of construction and Ministry of Electricity and Energy visiting in India left  from New Dali on 19-12-2017 in the morning and arrived Panipat petrochemical complex in Haryana State , India which is owned by Indian Oil corporation Limited.

          In the complex , the responsible persons had welcomed the Myanmar delegation led by Union Minister and presented the factory's working status in briefing hall. And then, Union Minister and his delegates had studied production, Research and Development Center and Control Room of these factory.

          Union Minister and his delegates came back to New Dali and discussed the organizations led by Power Minister and Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister on the evening for enhancing of cooperation between the two countries.
