          H.E.  U  Win  Khaing,  Union    Minister  for  Ministry  of  Electricity  and  Energy  accompanied by Deputy Minister H.E. Dr. Tun Naing,  Departmental  responsible persons  inspected Natural  Pozzolan  Grinding Plant (Popa)  under Deparatment  of  Hydropower  Implementation. It  is  situated near Ngayankone village far about 2 miles from North - East of Popa on 25 ^th  November  2018  in  the  morning.

          Firstly, in the briefing  hall, responsible  persons  reported about the  manufacturing and distribution condition and Director General U Chit Toe, Deparatment  of  Hydropower  Implementation  explained  about  the Plant. Then Union Minister H.E. U Win Khaing revealed to perform carefully so that to avoid Environmental  Impact and Plant.

          Natural  Pozzolan is consumed mixing with  cement in construction of RCC Dam (Roller Compacted Concrete Dam), to control  Heat of Hydration due to Alkali  - Silica  Reaction and to reduce construction  cost  and period. Until now, this plant had already produced (568089.9) tons totally.

          Further more, Natural  Pozzolan is used mixing with cement in construction of one storey building (not Structure Design ) and infrastructure  such as,  street,  brick wall, lake and etc ., to  be  strengthen  in low cost.

          Then, H.E.  U  Win  Khaing and members visited to 66 kV Pein Hnae Taw Substation, Kyauk Pa Daung. Responsible  persons  explained about the conditions of  transmission, distribution  of  transformer full load in not  full voltage. H.E. instructed needs of work  and inspected the Control Room and Switchyard.
