H.E. Union Minister U Win Khaing for Ministry of Electricity and Energy and his delegation attended to Opening Ceremony of Energy Transition Dialogue 2018 in Berlin, Germany today, in the morning.

          At that Ceremony, Mr. Heiko Maas, Federal Foreign Minister and Mr. Peter Altmaier, Federal Minister for Economic affairs and Energy of Germany delivered the opening speech.

          And then, the meeting went on as per agenda. H.E. Union Minister U Win Khaing and his delegation also participated in the meeting.
