          H.E. U Win Khaing, Union Minister for Ministry of Electricity and Energy and his entourage attended the opening ceremony of Singapore International Energy Week (SIEW) and the signing ceremony of memorandum of understanding for co-operation between Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) held on 30^th October, 2018 at Sand Expo and Convention Center, Marina Bay Sands.

          Then, H.E. U Win Khaing discussed in the panel section of Singapore Energy Summit discussing about Investment together with the heads of International Energy Association, Development Funding Agencies and Energy Company. And H.E. Union Minister attended luncheon honoured by Deputy Prime Minister, Singapore.

          H.E. Union Minister and his entourage discussed about electricity and energy issues with H.E. Ms. Yeo Bee Yin, Minister for Energy, Malaysia and her entourage.
