          H.E. U Win Khaing, Union Minister for Ministry of Electricity and Energy and his entourage attended Singapore International Energy Agency Forum related with 11^th Singapore International Energy Week (SIEW) held between Singapore and International Energy Agency held in the morning on 31^st October, 2018 at Sand Expo and Convention Center, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.  

          Then, H.E. Union Minister U Win Khaing and his entourage discussed about electricity and energy issues with H.E. Mr. Michael W. Mickalak, Senior Vice President from US-ASEAN Business Council, and his colleagues.

          At night, H.E. U Win Khaing and his entourage left Singapore for Myanmar by Myanmar National Airlines UB 004 from Singapore International Airport and arrived back Myanmar.
