          Closing ceremony of Refresher Course (1/2019) for Staff Officers (Admin) from Ministry of Electricity and Energy was held on February 15, 2019 (09:00) am at Yadana Hall, Ministry of Electricity and Energy, Office (27).

          It was also attended by Deputy Minister of Electricity and Energy, Dr. Tun Naing, Departmental heads, Instructors and trainees.

          Firstly, Deputy Minister gave a speech that., Ministry of Electricity and Energy’s staffs were sending abroad on Scholarship, Workshops, Seminar and giving refresher courses as well as allowing to attend training opened from other ministries so that to improve quality.

          This training is related to officers (Admin) who are serving in the Administration Department, with the aim of understanding basic management as well as procedures for their work in the public management of the Ministry.

          The purpose of the course is to be aware of the Law, Rules, Procedures, Working Methods, To Do and Avoid in work as well as to promote efficiency.

          During the training time, not only the expert coaches but also instructors from Union Auditor General Office, Union Civil Services Board, Department of National Registration and Department of Pension conducted and discussed on related management activities and Leadership issues.

          The trainees will be more aware on management staff Regulations, Task, Operation and Performance conditions.

          H.E. believed that the trainees would have clear understanding for their respective department’s responsibility how they are handling their business law and rules.

          H.E. urged the trainees to effectively use the experience received from this course and to study the advanced techniques.

          Finally, H.E. would like to encourage the trainees to become dutiful and responsible so that to accomplish with a minimum supervision, to study to improve his life, to live accountable in accordance with the regulations and to try the best for the Country, for Ministry as well as in his career.

          And then, the deputy minister awarded the prize to the outstanding trainees, gave honorable records to the Instructors and certificates to the trainees.

          The three outstanding students presented Public Service, The Quality of Leadership and Management Methods by Power Point Presentation.

          And then, Deputy Minister took the time for commemorate group photo section together with heads of departments, Instructor and trainees.
