MOGE Geological Forum 2018

          Ceremony of MOGE Geological forum 2018 hosted by MOGE under MOEE was held at Mingalarthiri Hotel, Naypyidaw,  on 15^th March 2018 in the morning together with  Total E&P , PETRONAS , PTTEP Companies which are making joint venture cooperation of oil and gas planning  exploration and production of Onshore and Offshore blocks with MOGE.

           H.E. Union Minister U Win Khaing for Ministry of Electricity and Energy, Deputy Minister Dr. Tun Naing, Departmental Heads, Petroleum Geologists of Local and International, Petroleum-Engineers, technicians from the relevant sectors, persons from International Petroleum Companies, technicians from University/ College and invited persons.

          In this ceremony, H.E. Union Minister pointed out that in the ceremony hosted by MOGE on the Myanmar Petroleum Geologist Sector “ New Concepts, New Technologies, New Discoveries ” are the main discussion themes. In addition to these, General and Regional Framework Geology, Hydrocarbon Assessment of Myanmar Onshore & Offshore Basins, Geosciences subject is vital role in Petroleum Exploration business. Geological Technology and intelligent can be shared from this forum. It will enhance research link with technician, can get benefits for MOGE and Petroleum Geologist Group from vice-versa discussion. Extension of Oil and Gas Exploration, drilling production in Onshore and Offshore blocks must be prioritifed and sharing knowledge to regional countries is to be conducted when we have extra Advantages for this forum are to know Petroleum requirement, to fulfill requirements and expectation of joint venture cooperation in local and international petroleum companies. These factors are remarked by opening speech of H.E. Union Minister.
