          Untimely heavy rain and strong wind hit in Zabuthiri, Ottarathiri, Pobbathiri, Pyinmana, Dekkhinathiri and Zeyarthiri Townships, Nay Pyi Taw Council area on 31^st March, 2018, (17:40) hr breaking some trees and damaging some utility poles. Consequently, 33 kV No(1), No(3), No(6), No(8) substations that are transmitted to Nay Pyi Taw Council area and also 33 kV, 11 kV Transmission Lines in Pyinmana Township were system broke down.

          Dr. Tun Naing, Deputy Minister accompanied by Permanent Secretary U Tin Maung Oo and responsible persons inspected reconnection of electricity to 1000 bedded Nay Pyi Taw General Hospital, maintenance of transmission lines, clearance of trees broken, replacement of utility poles, safety electricity usage of consumers at Pyinnya Theiddhi, Bawga Theiddhi, Zeya Theiddhi, Nyarna Theiddhi and Bala Theiddhi Quarters in Zabuthiri Township. And Deputy Minister added to the needs of work.
