Opening Ceremony for Refresher Course (1/2018) of Staff Officers on Account from MOEE was held on 30th July, 2018 (9:30) am at Yadana Hall, office No.27, MOEE today.
At that ceremony, Deputy Minister H.E. Dr.Tun Naing, Permanent Secretary U Tin Maung Oo , Departmental Heads, Lecturers and Trainees were attended.
Firstly, Deputy Minister H.E. gave a speech that there are various technician in Ministry, the main ambition is to fulfill requirement of Electricity and Energy for public across the nation, it will be fully successful of altogether make cooperation harmoniously, it needs to invest a lot of finances in accordance with work nature, there are taxation of electric fees from public, money to buy electricity from private electricity producers, a lot of financial matters including in IPP contract proposal, Ministry of Electricity and Energy distributes electricity with subsidies, it has to scrutinize on advantage, finance run of project, technical vision in implementing prior projects, technical and financial advantages in long term is mainly to perform service or not, so, the sector of financial technicians is very important, to determine as per comments with engineering techniques whether the project should be implemented or not, needs to make detail reviews and analysis of project financial cost by financial experts.
And then, to use practically in future program, so Ministry of Electricity and Energy is promoting international training, cooperation with local/ international technicians as well as extending further study so that to become financial experts who can accept higher positions, needs to study the project nature and needs to study to become effective applicable from Academic, needs to share technic and experience to the new generation.
Ministry of Electricity and Energy has to prepare in detail for this training, has learned systematically to make textbook for subject respectively, needs to arrange for enhancement on training lecture for next trainings by Lecturers and responsible persons, needs to give advice and recommend to further improve for next training, wants to urge to study by making question and answers, exchanging experience, exam results, can get aids for promotion.
And then, Deputy Minister took the time for commemorate group photo section together with departmental heads, Lecturers and trainees.
To the Refresher Course, totally 30 trainees from departments, enterprises and corporations under Ministry of Electricity and Energy were presented, and lecture time will be totally 4 weeks.
