Electricity Supply Enterprise under Ministry of Electricity & Energy, Able Winner Co., Ltd, Soe Moe Than Co., Ltd, Helta Light Co., Ltd and Myanmar Super Ray Co., Ltd sign the Contract for implementation of National Electrification Plan (C1 W1) in Sagaing Division
   Electricity Supply Enterprise under Ministry of Electricity & Energy, Able Winner Co., Ltd , Soe Moe Than Co., Ltd , Helta Light Co., Ltd and Myanmar Super Ray Co., Ltd signed the contract for implementation of National Electrification Plan (C1 W1) in Sagaing Division on 21st December, 2018, (14:00) hr at the Meeting Room of MOEE, Office No(27), Nay Pyi Taw. These (4) companies will construct transmission lines and install transformers for getting electricity 482 villages in Sagaing Division.

Conducting coordination meeting for the projects implementing by Ministry of Electricity and Energy in 2018-2019 Budget Year
    The coordination meeting for the projects implementing by MOEE in 2018-2019 Budget Year was held at 09:00 AM, on December 17, 2018 in the meeting room, Office 27.               Union Minister U Win Khaing, Deputy Minister Dr. Tun Naing, Permanent Secretary U Tin Maung Oo, Chairmen from Corporations, Director Generals from Departments, Managing Directors from Enterprises and Divisional Engineers from Regions and States attended this meeting.

Dr. Tun Naing Deputy Minister for Ministry of Electricity and Energy  inspects Electricity and Energy Sectors in Mandalay Region
      Dr.Tun Naing, Deputy Minister for Ministry of Electricity and Energy  accompanied by responsible persons from Mandalay Electricity Supply Corporation inspected 145 MW Gas Engine Power Plant Project near Belin Substation, Kyauk Se District, Mandalay Region implemented by Powergen Kyaukse Company Limited implementing  to supply additional electric power for 2019 summer season on 15th December, 2018.

Condition in the beginning of power supply from 66 kV Mawlamyine-Thanbyuzayat power line 40.48 miles, 66 kV Thanbyuzayat substation and Switchbay Extension of Mawlamyine substation
           66 kV Mawlamyine-Thanbyuzayat power line 40.48 miles, 66/33/11 kV, 20 MVA Thanbyuzayat substation and switchbay extension of Mawlamyine substation construction were started since 2016. These projects were finished on 7-12-2018 and then  12629 households of 28 villages, Thanbyuzayat and Kyaik-kami are distributed with  full voltage by 33 kV feeders from 66/33 kV, 20 MVA transformer on 9-12-2018 at 5:00 pm. Current consumption load was 8.5 MW and will manage to supply  power to the 21385 households of 95 villages near Mudon and Kamarwatt.
