2. to cope electricity with the increased  power demand . 
3. to collect data and enhance the power distribution system.
4. to calculate and sumbit the required materials for the power distribution system.
5. to perform the electrical safety managements.
6. to perform the development tasks of Department of Border and National Races.
7. to perform to reduce the power outage.
8. to distribute electricity to the river pumping tasks, industrial zones and state owned industries.
