Union Minister H.E. U Win Khaing for Ministry of Electricity and Energy, Deputy Minister Dr. Tun Naing and Departmental heads arrived at Magway Region Government Office, on 17th May, 2019 in the evening and discussed with Chief Minister and Government Ministers for Magway Region about the cooperation in electricity and energy sectors which would be implemented in Magway Regions.

  Coordination meeting on management plan reducing the impact on public due to electrification load shed was held on May 11, 2019, at 09:00 a.m. at meeting room of Yangon Electricity Supply Corporation in Yangon Region.

Dr. Tun Naing and Departmental responsible persons   inspected Yeywa Hydropower Plant on 5 th May 2019  in  the  morning. It is situated on the river basin of Myitnge near Yeyaman Village, far about 38 miles from North - East of Mandalay.
