          Union Minister H.E. U Win Khaing for Ministry  of Electricity and Energy  accompanied by Deputy Minister H.E. Dr. Tun Naing, Permanent Secretary  U Tin Maung Oo and Departmental responsible persons  inspected

             No.4 Fertilizer Factory (Myaungtagar), under Myanmar Petrolchemical Enterprise (MPE) in Hmawbi Township, Yangon Region on 4^th  August 2018 in the morning.

          Firstly, Union Minister H.E. U Win Khaing said that he came to make congratulation the officials and crews for over  400  tons urea production  every day. Then Union Minister H.E. U Win Khaing instructed  that -

• to produce qualified fertilizer to fullfil the nation’s  need.
• to try to be  effective  and economic  factory .
• to maintain machines to be strengthen so that can run powerful operation.

         And then, acting Factory Manager presented  history of  factory, manufacturing situation of urea fertilizer and future plan. Managing Director of (MPE) made  additional explanation. On the  presentation, Union Minister H.E. instructed to take care for safety and to perform carefully. Then Union Minister H.E. inspected the operation status by distributed  control system and urea  distribution condition.

         No.4  Fertilizer Factory(Myaungtagar) is situated in Hmawbi Township, Yangon Region. It was constructed with the aim to be developed in Agriculture  sector  with the contract China Huanqiu Contracting & Engineering Corporation (HQCEE), the Republic of China. It was finished and got into operation in 2010. The machine control system is Distributed Control System (DCS) and  it can produce  500 Tons  urea per day. Now, Currently, it is  manufacturing  over  420 Tons  urea  a day.
